In light of the unprecedented effect of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and at the recommendation of the CDC and President requesting we limit gatherings to 10 people or less, we will be canceling all of our services until further notice.

No matter what we face, we do not have to live in fear. We serve a God who does not change. We can reach out to Him in prayer, which is simply an open, honest conversation with God. Prayer changes circumstances, and it also changes us!

We will be meeting soon to discuss options for remaining connected as a congregation during this season of uncertainty. Even in this, our faith in God is strong!

In all of your doing, please remember:

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.” Philippians 4:6

A Word From Pastor Regarding COVID-19

We are all aware of the “times” we are in. Not only do we hear it spoken of, but we can vividly see its effects. However, you and I have been given, by the grace of God, boldness to stand firm in our faith. By the steadfastness of God we are kept secure in the knowledge that “this too shall pass”.

Perplexity is pronounced at every news conference. No one knows what will be. We only know that the Lord knows all things. Our trust in Him should never waver. Why should it? He has never failed us at any time. The peace and confidence (faith) that He gives us is as powerful and reassuring as God

Let us hold fast to the faith by prayer and study of God’s word. This Wednesday evening at 7:00 we will resume our Bible Study series, “Christian Growth & Maturity.” You will be contacted again on how you can be a part of this study.

Lastly, I’m thankful for the Goves' continuing their ministry to our youth in the manner they are. Also there are SS lessons for our children through the UPCI and Pentecostal Publishing House available via the internet.

God bless you all. I do so love you and weep with joy at the thought of our being in services together again.
